I know this has already been asked before, but I'd like some further involvment and input from all you wonderful people! I can never remember if we gain or lose an hour. You'd think there would be a rhyme to mark the changing of the time, like "Red sky at night shepherds delight. Red sky in the morning shepherds warning!" Anyone got any suggestions?

i dont think we are really wonderfull peeps... not all of us anyway and hey alot of us dont even have any knowledge and are crap at answerring questions... and dont pay attentions to the check spelling bar at the top of this txt box. anyway ... we jus go on here to waist our time ... answering stupid questions and answering them... (no abuse please...) some of them arent. anyway xxx

The clocks change at 0200hrs Sunday 29 October this year.

is one way of remembering which way the clock changes..

fall back, closest Sunday to 21/10
red sky at night , means the Shepard's house is on fire
red sky in the morning means the fire brigade didn't turn up

The clocks go back one hour at midnight on 28th October (Saturdat night/Sunday morning). This means we get an extra hour in bed!

In the Spring it is spring ahead, in the Fall it is fall back. Really quite simple.
