It's answer is "Optimum population theory".When no. of persons in an area increase after a certain limit the area is said to be overpopulated. In indiathis the main reason.Other reason is that of defect in educational system. We don't follow vocational system of education in which teaching for a specific job is given. Most of the people study for same field leading it to be overcrowded and the companies and the institutes only select the best one leading to unemployment ,If a person studies for a specific field other than broader fields of engineering, medical he will get job in it this can thus lead to reduction in unemployment.

1.illiteracy .
2.population.
these are the main two problems but for educated people also there is unemployment prob. there are job opportunities but there is a problem of suitable job oppotunities. For e.g a person who has passed 12 gets an opening in BPO sector but a graduate may feel bad to work in tht same position inspite of better edu.so this prob should be avoided and more more professional courses should be introduced.
