It is more important to develop your own sense of style and wear clothes which suit your body shape and your personality. Do not be tempted to wear clothes which do not suit you just because they are in fashion. Buy some classic good quality basics and accessorize with items from this season's fashion. Look at fashion magazines for inspiration. Also, take a trusted friend - someone whose style you like - shopping with you and get their opinion.

if everyone is saying the same thing then you should listen bcos its probably true. My advice is to read fashion mags like Grazia or New (which is just 60p)pay attention to the outfits in the mags and how they mix and match them and sooner than you think you will get a hang of it.Once u gain your fashion confidence, you can then go ahead and create ur own style which stays with you all through different fashion seasons
Good luck!

Everyone must be wrong!!!! fashions come and go and there are so many many people wearing so many different things, i think everything and everything can be IN. just wear with confidence. and if you really want to know, get a fashion magazine, they tell you month to month whats new and cool.
i think it's neat all the cool stuff i wore as a teen is now back in style and my own teen kid is wearing them. "skinny jeans" of course are in... but i personally only like them on girls who are on the lean side. bottom line, too bad what people say, wear what you want....

Go to a few men's store in the mall and check the racks to find out what's "in". Choose some styles according to your tastes, but don't feel you need to be a slave to fashion. Good luck!
Tip: If you are wearing huge bell bottoms and platform shoes with fish in them that's probably out.

Sweetheart, wear whatever you're comfortable with wearing. What people say is out of jealousy or insecurity, so don't listen to them. If you want to wear t-shirts and shorts, that's fine. It doesn't matter what you wear as long as you are happy and comfortable in what you are wearing. That should be made an important rule in fashion.

you shouldn't worry about what other people think about your clothes, unless they're paying for them. if you insist on worrying about the opinions of others, however, fashion magazines are the best way to go. you don't even need magazines, really. check out pictures of celebs on the net and you should be able to find an "in" trend that suits you.

As long as you're wearing clothes that are comfortable, puts focus on your good attributes and takes the focus away from the bad ones, who cares what everyone thinks. Be yourself. Wear what you like, what you know flaunts what you have and sunshine...
Strut!
