Does using a penis pump make it difficult to have a full erection? My guy seems to be "half" way there til he hits ejaculation.

Using a Device like this can cause damage to the fine network of Capillaries that fill to engorge the Penis During erection!
Over time the capillaries will become so stressed that they may cease to function!
Go See your Doctor there could a Medication he could take like Cialis or Viagra derivative.

A penis pump can mess up your skin down there pretty easily. It is a good idea to use a penis health creme while doing the pumping. A good creme will moisturize and protect your penis skin, keeping it free from irritations. Trust me, you do not want dry, sore or cracked skin down there. It is painful, embarrassing and inconvenient.

Well if he's been circumcised, and he uses it a lot, it will eventually stretch the skin causing it to cover half the head when not erect. Could also pop a blood vessle.
