Hello,
I think "passionate lovers" has far more to do with the individual people & the chemistry they have between themselves, and has far less to do with what country a person happened to be born in.
There are always going to be some people you are attracted to & would be more compatible with in bed, and there will always be some that you are not attracted to. It all depends on how the two people feel about each other.
You simply cannot stereotype people and say ALL these people are good in bed while ALL these other people are not.

Well, there are good Irish lovers, but also good Italian, Latin, French..etc.
Simply depends on the person and the chemistry between two people.. The level of passion depends on who you are with and how you FEEL about them.

I have always heard that they were passionate fighters and drinkers but not lovers. I have heard Italian,French, and Spanish are passionate lovers but also known for a wandering eye due to their vast appreciation of women.
