Your brain bleeds. Your liver starts to malfunction and scars.
You can get memory impairment. Your pancreas can malfunction causing diabetes. You can develop skin and bleeding problems. Your personality changes will be pronounced . Examples lying anger irresponsibility and many more.
Bottom line you should not drink more than 24 oz in a day

You gain weight and pay a visit to the washroom. It affects the mood and you become rather grouchy - especially if someone stops you on the way to the washroom. It affected the mood in other ways and increases impulsivity.
