I am female,25 and my legs are too skinny when compared to d rest my body and thighs. Are there any exercises or eating plan out there (which does not include the gym) that can help me build them up to a fair proportion so i can wear skirts in d summer?

I recommend an excercise program called "The Firm" It will help you stay in shape, but also to build muscle because you use weights. You would only need to build up a little muscle to make your legs look a little defined, then they won't look so skinny. squats are good for legs, but they may make your butt a little bigger if you do them a lot

You can try to build up the muscle in the areas you want to be 'thicker", but that's not likely to have a huge effect (however it may be what you want)...other than that, gaining weight will cause them to get larger but so will the rest of you, so that's probably not the route to take unless you are a thin person all over...

Buy, borrow or use a bicycle and use it. This will really pump up your calf muscles and tone your legs nicely. You could also try to find a used stationary bike at a yard sale, garage sale or in the paper.

Lots of walking will help build muscle tone. Also leg lifts

well first of all the word is "the", not "d." try lunges, or the sitting against the wall thing. go for a run, or walk up a hill. eat lots of protiens because they help build muscle. search for different exercises on the internet. they shouldn't be too hard to find.

Try riding a bike. If you do this make sure to get something on the pedals to hook your feet in. This will build muscles you never knew you had.

Do squats. at home, the gym, where ever...no diet is going to help. Other than that, learn to love em'. i hate my thighs becase they're too big, there will always be something!

Buy a bicycle and us it to go to work and get out and about on week ends.
That will build up your calf mussels go for it.
