Don't bend your knees when you tan. Try exfoliation. There are also skin lighteners. But the cause is probably from keeping your knees bent when you get a tan.

Don't mess with Mother Nature !! Come on ! God created you!
Why change? You are unique in your own way. changing your skin color will not make you a better or prettier person........
Accept you for who you are...Quit trying to be someone you're not.............
I have a birth mark on the side of my jaw, at the end directly below my ear.......It is only the size of a nickle...light in color.
When someone describes me, they say you know that pretty lady with that unique birthmark on her face...I hated it while growing up, now it is really a part of who I am ..I love it!!!!
