I work at Blockbuster Video thus I seen countless movies a year. I would say the worst actor I have seen would be hands down:

Anyone could be a movie actor, but only a gifted few could be a Broadway actor. So I believe the worse actor is Arnold, the Cali Gov., If it wasn't for his muscles no one would take him seriously.

Worst performance of any actor in any medium has to be the one and only shot at acting by Glen Campbell in "True Grit." He was horrible.

Ok, I'll have to agree with a previous answer and say Keanu. Come on, he's terrible. He gets great roles, but he plays every part THE SAME BASIC WAY. They figured out how to use him in the Matrix. "Ok Keanu, we'll only give you a few words at a time, so you can just sit there and look broodingly pretty."

John Wayne. Every movie was the same, whether his character was a soldier in WW2 or if he was playing a cowboy in the wild west. He always seemed so blah.
David Caruso on CSI:Miami has the same type of monotone acting. (but at least John Wayne put a LITTLE emotion into his speech!)

hes famous for making action films where hes a robot with a german accent or an american special forces solder with a german accent or films where he blows away 3000 bad guys and still lives..without a scratch, oh and he has a terrible accent
