yes, I think it's possible with some more than others. Some people keep their "real selves" hidden very well, and only show a persona that they want people to be comfortable with, but if you look hard enough, you can get clues as to the real person. Others have such an honest, straightforward personality, that you get to know them quite well.

Maybe a little bit. But some people don't ask much (including me). I think it's a little easier to understand their personalities by reading their answers.
