HI there...
Yes..spotting is a sign of pregnancy.
It is called Implantation bleeding, You may have very scant "implantation bleeding," possibly around 11 or 12 days after fertilization (close to the time you might notice a missed period). It may be caused by the fertilized egg burrowing into the wall of your uterus — a process that starts just six days after fertilization — but no one knows for sure. The bleeding is very light, lasting only a day or two, and only a minority of pregnant women have this kind of spotting at all.
Hope this helps!!

spotting during early pregnancy is called implantation bleeding but it can sometimes be something else, even somewhat normal. you said that you've never conceived. you may have conceived many times and just was not aware of it. many things can go wrong and alot of times women miscarry before they were even aware of the pregnancy, it's called a chemical pregnancy. they mistake the miscarriage for a period, maybe a little heavier or just different. spotting during that time does sound alot like implantation bleeding. it could also be your cycle changing, stress or even the early onset of menopause. if i were u, i'd get a HPT just to be on the safe side & make an appt with your gyno for how long your cycles are. mine are 35 days and they said that's kinda long. so get yourself checked out! you take care & let me know what happens.

I can only say from experience that spotting is associated with bothe pregnancy and miscarriage. I had some spotting eraly on in my first pregnancy, I wasn't alarmed, I did have to wear a pad for a few days. It stopped on it's own, and today he is a fine 21 year old male, handsome as ever! If you are frightened, go see a dr. Are you and your husband trying to get pregnant? If so, then this might be it for you!

did you have a pregnancy test? if not then have one done. buy the home kits. it's pretty accurate. if it turns out positive then you could be miscarrying, see a doctor if the test turns out positive. if it's negative wait for a few days 5 or three if it persists then see a doctor.
