We try to only seek a thing after we lost it !
When emotions was too much, people demanded customer service, not emotions... Machines give the best of facilities, with the technology upgrading each day to bring banking to door step. Now the people started realising what they are really missing !
Slowly it will turn a full circle !
It seems some banks give a choice of manual accounts(to pamper those who yearn for human touch, even quarrels, clerical errors, shabby handwriting on pass books etc ) for some extra charges and minus many of the facilities that mechanised banking easily provides for just peanuts !

This emotional banking is what you invest in love and affection in family relationship and in society in the form of charity. It pays dividends to you in times of need, when you need solace.

I prefer comedic banking for all of my financial transactions. I laugh all the way to the bank.
