Personally how do you appreciate or experience the beauty of sameness OR the breaking of it?

In different situations sameness is beautiful, in others it is boring.

When I look at my daughters and I see they have the same nose as their mother and ears as their father, I see the beauty.

When I look at the lines on a road in the desert, it is boring but comforting because if they wandered, I'd feel scared!
