Superman is a bastard. He's crap. He's worthless. He is a girl. I hate superman. He is a crap, worthless, girly bastard.
Batman would (and has) kick his teeth in. Read "The Dark Knight Returns". Seven glorious pages of Batman kicking the crap out of superman. Yay! I want the whole thing tatooed on my back.

that is a problematical question yet Superman form of solutions it for us. He supplies Batman a kryptonite ring in case sooner or later Batman needs to take out Superman. meaning he believes that Batman could kill him if mandatory, yet greater importantly, truthfully could kill him, as in Batman has the want to do it besides being clever sufficient to get it achieved. different heroes could be too reluctant to kill THE superhero maximum different superheroes aspire to be. So, it is one answer. Me? I say Batman because of the fact he's smarter, yet you by no skill recognize. Them writers be loopy.
