Baking soda will help with more recent surface stains. It may also be mixed with hydrogen peroxide.
For more stubborn stains, whitening treatments are definitely necessary.

Try a toothpaste with bicarbonate of soda in it

Baking soda and vinegar, make into a paste. Don't forget the tongue, it is part of the teeth too.

I eat something with red chillies(real stuff not the powdered)
A salad or sandwich...doesnt have to be loads atually one or two pieces are enough...removes te/coffe stains and shiny white teeth...

i don't tihnk you can do that
unless you brush at least twice a day
floss etc and overtime they'll get shiny and white

i think strawberry does the perfect job..havent tried it tho..just press some strawberries on ur teeth..n after that brush them normally.. even if it doesnt help its tasty fro sure lol

avoid aerated drinks,smoking and very cold food items, this will prevent worsein and brush atleast twice a day
