Get a new one! OK, I'm sort of kidding but not really. It always worked for me. Dating someone else is a definite distraction. Of course it isn't supposed to be healthy to rebound. You're vulnerable & should maybe be alone for a while. Just keep yourself busy. Do things you love, give yourself time to heal. Go out with friends. Spend time with family. You never really forget but eventually it won't hurt so much & you'll get over him. Good luck. You'll be OK.

go out with other men. if you don't want to date yet, keep in touch with your male friends. if you don't have any, go to social events, or try some of the dating sites i. e. yahoo personals

we all have suffered from a broken heart... it takes time, but you will heal. good luck, and keep your head up!

JUST DECIDE TO, and stick to it! Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. None but YOURSELF can free your mind.
