As to where to get one? I very much doubt you'll get one 'off the peg'. I imagine this would have to be a bespoke item, made specifically for you. Any good-quality tailors should be able and willing to do one. Although the Ann Summers shop is a possibility!

why oh why would you want a cat suit!!! and a denim one at that!!!
sorry but i think they have seen their day!!!
I take the lack of denim cat suits to be seen as a sign!!
So unless your Kate Moss i'd give it a miss!!!!!!!!
