Very tricky.
I'm quite plain, and my cupboard is filled to the top with jewelery boxes (I don't wear jewelry) that I get at every birthday.
It's not nice to let people know how much you spend on them, but maybe get a gift voucher, at the local health and beauty store, or at a local clothes store. That way she can go choose something simple that she likes.

Book Vouchers or loads of aromatherapy stuff or incense. Maybe a bottle of wine too (If this isn't the US)...even plain janes need some chill out time!

make her stuff girls love time and effort :) maybe you could make her a scrapbook with photos, stuff you have done together, relevant current events, quotes, stickers.. i dont know put in anything you like. be creative if your under a time pressure then just compile a photo album cause then you dont have 2 decorate or you could write her a poem. that would be cute. or a song. a friend of mine wrote his mate a rap, then posted it on youtube. it was cool as. you could make her a video or a powerpoint. if she likes presents, jewellery is a winner. get something engraved if you want it 2 b sentimental Good luck!

im 18 years old, female...i like gas money...an object would b...window tint (for her car). U could pay 4 her to go sky diving ($175) thats great by the way, everyone should do it at least once.

Well as you know when a girl turns 18 she becomes a real citizen of a country she can vote and do anything so she is not a kid anymore.You should give her something sha really desires
