You should go and see a dermatologist. They will prescribe specific products that you could use...there are many brands that will help you with your condition...Avene, La Roche-Posay, Roc...these are all French, but I'm sure they exist in the USA as well. Make sure you wash your face every morning and before you go to sleep with a mild detergent. Apply a non-oily moisturiser (like Avene seboregulating and matifying cream) in the morning. Also, never use a product that doesn't say it's oil-free and non-comedogenic. Oil-free is important for your skin, as you don't need any oil. Non-comedogenic means that it doesn't clog pores. Always remove make-up before going to bed at night. Your foundation should also be oil-free. Retinol (prescribed by a doctor) will do wonders to your skin, as well as chemical peelings. Also, avoid sun exposure...it will help in the beginning, but when autumn comes your skin will be full of spots. Apply sunscreen when the sun is out. I hope I helped!

wash your face 3xs a day, but invest in some baby oil & put that on each time your face gets washed BEFORE you dry it. Use some of the old school noxema in the tub & use that before you go to bed & when you wake up. Avoid oily foods & try to find a constructive way to deal with stress. Food, stress, hygene, & hormones all are large contributing factors in skin production. Neglecting any of these four factors will cause uneven & blimished skin to restart. Avoid large amounts of kelp & try to invest in acne treatments that contain watercress or buy some fresh & directly apply the juices to your skin.( Its a little easier if you take a little bit, crush it in your hand & rub the whole watercress into your face & let sit for atleast 20 - 30 minutes & just rinse with water.

first you should find out the reason of that condition. it can be that your diet is unhealthy (like you eat too munh junk food or sweets,) that your hormone system is messed up or other reasons. what you can do to improve the condition is by doing a 3 month long diet of no sugar, bread, sweets and red meat and drink lots of water (that is supposed to clean your body) and you can also consult a doctor if you have a hormonal deficiency, in this case they normally give you a borthcontroll pill that brings your hormones into order.
without these you can only temporarely releaf the lumpniness with special cosmetics, like Clean and Clear or Normaderm.... other thing: try to go to a beauty parlour and get a facial cure to clean up....
either way i think you should consult with a doctor because sometimes home remedies just don't work and if there is a severe case your face may end up having scars all over it... hope your case is not that severe though:)
good luck.

Go to a dermatologist. Two prescription leave-on creams that work miracles for my disaster complexion are Retin-A (at night) and Sulfacet-R (during the day).

A nice side effect of Retin-A: slows down the wrinkle process!

There is a wonderful product sold by MANNATECH called ambroderm. It is a lotion containing ambrotose (supports healing at the cellular level). Try it.

You could try mineral makeup. It is light but covers spots and is good for your skin.

puritycosmetics.co.uk is a good brand.
