I am a male of 23years, but my sexual organ is just about 4cm in size. I play foothball a lot, but many at times I am bother at the size, it is to small compered with my age mate's. can i do anything to increase the size.

Are you comparing sizes with other guys in the showers? That's not going to reflect their erect size. When guys are erect, their penises are typically in the range 12 to 17cm.
If you are 4cm erect, then you should talk with a urologist - you may have a condition known as micro-penis. They can provide support and management options for this condition. Even so, you will still be able to impregnate a woman should you wish to have children.

you could have enlarged by surgery
but its risky as it make your penis out of shape and you might be left unable to get an erection

stay up late watching infomercials on tv, I can't remember what channels you are going to find this on but Ron Jeremy advertises for this stuff called Extends or something like that, supposedly it really works
