I have always wished that there were some power I could use to stop babies from suffering and crying during teething LOL
I don't know much about bojela, but your baby might enyoy chewing on a cold cucumber.
Babies can't really manage to chew off pieces an eat them, so it's not a choking jazard (as long as the cucumber is big enough).
The coldness numbs the baby's gums and the consistency is perfect for chewing.
I have always found that the gels wash right out of the baby's mouth, and their effects are very short-term.

I use baby bonjela gel and the herbal powders, you can also use paracetamol based medicine like calpol or mediced as the powders are herbal and wont affect the other things you use. I found it hard to put gel on my little ones gums so I got a soother which is shaped to the mouth which helped. Its byt Tommy Tippee so you might have a bit of luck with that.

I'm sorry that I haven't heard of this stuff before, but my son is also teething and I use Hylands Teething Tablets and if it gets really bad I use the Tylonel. I also have about 4 different teething rings, but he doesn't always like these. I'm not sure if you can mix these two medicines, so please ask your doctor first.

you should ask a chemist, GP of alike... its your babys health your playing with, taking information like that from word of mouth. bonjela has paracetamol in it..... if powder contains it too you could over dose your child on paracetamol and cuase life long liver damage.
