Hey Babe

I'm coming soon, in a few weeks, in fact. Then you're coming down for your B - day. The time will fly. Next thing you know it's Christmas ,and you're coming down for a two weeks. Just have some fun with Dee, and all those nice boys you've met already. I'm not jealous, really I'm not!!!!

II live on Vancouver Island, all my family is in Montreal . There's not a day I don't miss them and wish I was near them. I have been away from home for close to thirty years and a part of me is still home.
You must have special interests? I would seek people with the same interests and go from there. Clubbing may ease the loneliness for a while, but it's so lame (for lack of a better word).
I would imagine you've already done the Museum and Galleries circuit.
Well, that leave one thing......... Shopping! loll.
If you still feel lonely, send me an email at: funnybutnotlame@yahoo.ca. Take care dear. And a good day to you from Vancouver Island. Salut! =)

Bless you, don't get too down. You are in a great position, many people don't get the opportunity to do what you are doing. Studying abroad is a wonderful opportunity. Find other canadians or, some of us US citizens. We're always a hoot and you're guaranteed to have fun with us. We're all over the world anyway.
Try to get in the groove of the european way of life. It is a great thing and, believe it or not, it does differ to life in the Americas, especially the US and Canada. I would kill to be in your position.

Explore the town, explore the countryside, enjoy the people, find a lover. Really learn the language, travel to France or somewhere else.
You can control your thoughts and feelings. It is difficult but you can do it. a positive outlook is the best weapon. Also imagine how proud your friends and family are to say their friend and family member is studying in Germany. Sure they miss you but they are more proud of you.

hope this helps, Brian
