I once to an officer my child was very ill and we were rushing to the hospital. He let me go with a warning. I was actually on my way to see a doctor but it was an appointment.

Oh yea i have. In India, where bureaucracy rules and everyone takes bribes, you can just get off by sayin that your uncle or cousin is a so and so in the govt organization!

yup.underage drinking when i was 16.said it wasnt mine.i still got a fine.dont know why they didnt believe me.....
