Only if you have a criminal record YES he can arrest you, and if during that trafic stop you are not being cooperative he can arrest you no doubt

Yes, a State Trooper can arrest you at a traffic stop! In fact they can arrest you anywhere.

Give over your licence and registration when asked, however I strongly suggest, that, when you are read your rights, Keep quiet until a Lawyer is available to advise you on your rights!! What course of action you can take & when you make bail, what are the conditions of bail...

They may try to get you on obstructing justice but if it's just chit chat or whatever then you have a right to not say anything. I don't think it would probably be in your best interest to keep silent unless you're going to give away something to get you hauled in. But I don't think that they can arrest you on that charge alone.

Yes......a traffic violation is breaking the law. If you get verbally abusive to them just because they're doing their job, then you deserve to get hauled in.
