It's a double edge sword. mistreat nano technology and you have BIG BROTHER in the world. Give it to the legit, you have progression for the enhancement of mankind. It all depends on the people who use it.... most likely it is used for evil schemes like a director's cut version of 1984.

It is in the same league as genetic research. Both are potential threats. The key will be in how well society can manage and contain their applications. Do I think we will be able to do that? Yes and no....and that's the scary part.
