The only way to set the timing on it is to align the crank and cam shaft with either the timing belt or chain. The ECM takes care of the timing by gathering information from an assortment of sensors such as the crank sensor and cam sensor and adjusts accordingly. Hope I have been helpful.

The timing might be computer controlled. If not then you should use a timing gun and rotate your distributor cap slightly to get the timing desired.

You cant, it's not adjustable.
It has a distibutorless ignition system.
If the timing is wrong then the timing belt has slipped or its installed improperly.
