nose problems?

my son (12)always has a blocked nose
maybe signs of hayfever;
what is the most natural way to cure this?
we tried hot water with vapour and a few nose drops but none really work
please help

My doctor recommended "Simply Saline" for my sinus problems. to clear the stuffiness.
