by good do you mean healthy or just GOOD tasting.
honestly, eat what you want and what your doctor suggests. screw everyone elses "know-it-all" opinions.
i got that a LOT when i was pregnant w/both my kids from family AND strangers.
i craved hot sauce w/my daughter so we ate at this Mexican food restaurant ALL the time. i actually had this woman come up to me and tell me that it was horrible that i was eating what i had gotten. i didn't even know this woman. of course i told her to f*ck off.
but the thing w/pregnancy and food is that everyone thinks they know best.
one person will say eat this, the next will so NO don't eat that...it's stupid. just listen to your doc. AND your tummy.

Fish is soooo good for the baby. Good fish like Salmon, not tuna. Be careful with Sushi because it can have mercury in it. Also, I crave avocados!!! Carrots are really good to eat because they help with the babies eyes. Make sure you are chewing tums on a daily basis. They are kinda sweet like candy and the calcium is extremely good for the baby!! Also, orange juice with Folic acid. Hope that helps!

Vegetables, cooked meat (iron levels important), milk and dairy foods - soy is best if you can. Fruit too.
When feeling sick though - anything that takes your fancy. Just eat something and it helps stop the nausea.
