Perhaps its not completely f u c k e d up. Perhaps it can never be the same, but in time can be a different sort of perfect? Nothing in life comes easy & you should not give up without a fight.

Give yourself a break Spadger... if you didn't experience the bad times, you'd never appreciate the great ones. Everybody has the ability to bugger things up, and if were honest, there's a teeny part of us that actually gets a kick out of it. Things get boring when they're too perfect or too settled... being unpredictable adds spice and keeps everyon on their toes. You're allowed to mess up...but dont be cruel. There's always a way back from a fall-out, being cruel can be harder to forgive. Don't worry... there's always the making up to look forward to. Good Luck XO

most normal people are very good at this so stop kicking yourself!! I think we all have a 'self destruct' button and we occasionally push it and blow everything up, we then spend all our time trying to put the pieces back together, if we totally smash something we are wasting our time, let it go, if we only smashed it into chunks we can often piece it back together if we are patient and try hard enough. Decide if it's worth it.

There is a saying that says "we always kill the thing we love the most". While I don't live this as a creed, I have seen it happen many times. As long as you learn and don't repeat the same mistakes, you are progressing and will have a happier future

No you are not the only one, but since you have taken responsibility for it ,you stand a good chance of fixing it.
Try, use humility, use apologies, use flowers, try to rectify things,
don't give up so easily, persist, try again.

No you are not alone. I think it's part of being human, the human race do it ALL the time to EVERYTHING beautiful. So, it stands to reason that we do it in our own way to the things in our own world.
