no it's not dead. there are still gentlemen and ladies in this world.

although some women take things to personally w/that and some men are to bitter about it as well.

By the overly aggressive women who think that men who do things for them are only guilty of something and they are trying to convince them otherwise.

A woman yelled at me for holding a door open for her. It was as if she thought I was showing her she is incapable of doing things herself.
