I have the same problem with my best friend, situation is just a bit different, we used to date, then broke up and became really good friends, she then got a gf but constantly tells me she would rather be back with me....
eventually i got really fed up with this so i just sat her down and told her that i really loved her as a friend and that if she valued our friendship she would just accept us as being nothing but friends, cause if she carried on like she was then we would have to end our friendship....
it sort of worked for me....

I think you should sit down with her, and just be honest. Tell her that you don't now, or ever will, have the same sort of feelings towards her that she has towards you. Tell her that your relationship is purely platonic, and will always remain so. Ask her to respect this, and I'm sure (though it will be hard for her) she will.

if u can't accept her love for u, then do not force yourself as it may cause more problems in the future.........talk to her nicely.....she must respect your choice if she's really your friend.....i know she'll be broken hearted but it's better to be like that than cheating one another......it'll hurt more......tell her that someday, she'll find a suitable one.......

Tell her that it is awkward to be around her now that she hits on you and stuff. You have to put it in black and white and if she still persists, I wouldn't spend much time if any with her...
