HECK YEAH!!! They don't deserve the right to breathe the air that normal people do. No one should suffer from a crime like that especially children. Children are the innocent ones.

I would say life in prison, the death sentence i feel should only be given when you have taken a life. However, sexual predators should be locked up for life without the possibility of parole. And if it involves children it should be done the very first time, studies have shown that there is not rehabilitation for these type of offenders, and it should be across the board for men and women the laws should be the same. It sickens me that in our society we feel if it is a man who perpetrates the crime he should be punished however, if it is a woman, she should receive counseling and the young man involved is given a badge of honor. This is so wrong. So lock them away for good. Just my opinion.

i don't understand what percentage convicted sex offenders are female, yet i imagine the preponderance of them are male; also, clinical research exhibits that pedophiles, particularly, are not regularly treatable with lasting effects. My authentic answer to the vices and ills of mankind is saving faith in Jesus Christ, and He on my own is in a position to furnish from this kind of sin. no longer anybody is going to come back to a call on to enable the Lord paintings in his existence, even with the indisputable fact that, and could proceed to repeat crimes antagonistic to others. those adult males should be surgically castrated and then made to do sensible paintings in prisons for some thing of their lives. i'm 59 years previous and woman.

NO!! No one should be given the death sentence. What gives you the right to put someone to death? You are not God. You, or anything one else should be given the right to do Gods job. God will take care of the situation in his time, in his way. We are only human. The death sentence shouldn't even be into question, with any crime.

The punishment should fit the crime. A criminal who is a nuisance to society should be taken off the streets, but capital punishment is too severe for sex crimes.

YES!
Public execution, bring along the picnic lunch and the beer!
Televise it. Let everyone know that nothing good is going to happen when they break the law.
The punishment should always OUT WEIGH the crime, if one little criminal mistake is done and it gets a harsh punishment, who would want to go out and do it a first time, let alone a second time?
