Well, for money you can download full, complete, and new games with latest versions from places like www.direct2drive.com. Also, Electronic Arts offers digital downloads on many games.

The only way to get full games free on pc is by either using P2P servers like e-mule,etc. However for GB, GBA, DS, PS, PS2, & PS3 you can download them from sites, they are illegal so if you want the sites email me, as i dont think its allowed here.
