I haven't, but a friend of mine returned some sandals to M&S because they made her feet really sore. They had toe marks on them and everything (it was summer, who doesn't have sweaty feet?) but they still gave her a refund.

I have never returned shoes because they caused blisters, just cursed them and thrown them at the back of the wardrobe, to try to forget the pain and discomforted (including cost) caused by the shoes. Then after I have long forgotten about how bad the pain was the last time, try to wear the shoes with a plaster to prevent any blisters, but to find the the plasters have not effect at all....grrr
I'm not sure about the consumer rights about shoes. I once returned underwear but it was because the stitching came apart. Not sure if blisters are a fault in the goods. A good place to check your consumer rights is on the BBC website, they have a section (think its the watchdog section) that explains what your rights are.
Good luck, hope you get your money back, you could always sell them on eBay....

Most shops won't take shoes back that have been worn. I once took a pair back and told the shop they were not fit for the purpose I had bought them, but they showed no sympathy and I was stuck with a pair of shoes I could never wear again. I suggest you give them to charity, it will make you feel good about yourself! That's what I did!

Yep. I returned a pair of walking boots six weeks ago. Money back no questions asked - but only after I showed them the blisters.

I dont think you can return shoes just cos they give you blisters. There is no problem with the shoes except your feet dont fit them!!
If you can make them look like you havent worn them, they will take them back cos you changed your mind/they dont fit etc.

Yes you can return the shoes just as long as you have the receipt and they are not damaged and try to wipe off the bottom so it looks like you haven't wore them

Did you try them on in the shop?
No, forget it, I am having difficulty finding sympathy for you. There is nothing worng with the shoes, its the consumer that is at fault.
