u can attain a complete peace of mind by watching violent movied rated r of cource or by playing first person shooters or games like gta etc or u might wanna punch ur bf in the face for fun , all these in turn helps in attaining a peace of mind

everyone had a peace of mind. we must develop it because sometimes some of us are very hot blooded, they cant control their feelings
