The Peace Prayer of Saint Francis is nice:
Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
Amen.

Prayers don't help at all in attaining peace. We must have firm conviction and belief in pacificism and non-violence. We should advocate these covictions. And we should not elect political hawks who are war mongers. If we take these steps I believe it'll help achieving the peace in the world.

I will but the bad guys have to want to too. Lets bombard the Moslim Facists and the president of Iran with prayers. Hope it will work, but don't count on it. God bless all decent men and women who follow Judeo/Christian values

Wouldn't it be easier just to remove those politicians from office and/or power who keep getting us INTO ONE WAR AFTER ANOTHER?
