There is a product called shower soothers its put out by sudacare. I LOVE them they are a mentholated vapor product that works in the shower and they clear your sinuses pretty well. They are non medicated so they are safe to use. Also take zinc and vit c. Ask your ob about how much is safe. Tylenol is ok too if you dont exceed the recommended dosages.
Feel better soon.
Link below is for details on shower soothers

If your head and nose is stuffed up and you have an oil burner ...
put some eucalyptus oil and water in your oil burner and away you go. You can also use teatree oil.
Not only will it clear you head, both the eucalyptus and tea tree oil act as antispetics in the air.
Good luck ..... I had a really bad headcold and sinusitis when i was pregnant ..... LOL that and 24 hour morning sickness made it unpleasant for a while (to say the least)

you may want to check & see if it is alright to take Zycam, or a product called " airborn". I believe they are both safe. I feel that they work absolutely great & I think they are natural. Peppermint tea & other tea combinations that you can get from a health food store are good also. There is also a vitamin supplement you can get at some health food store called " wellness Formula." I have used that one as well & it works great. I used to live on that one in the Winter.

It is best not to take drugs during your pregnancy but try this for a cold, get some eucalyptus oil and soak some onto a hanky that is folded up, then hold it over your nose and breathe through it, this will dry up the runny nose after a while and you will feel much better.

I had a really bad cold when I was pregnant so I got intouch with my midwife who told me to take paracetamol and Buttercup syrup which are both safe to use. Also, try inhaling menthol oil in hot water (olbas or vicks).

If you want to try something other than taking medication, may I suggest Johnson and Johnson Vapor Bath? You can find it in the baby department and almost always works like a charm. You could also try Vicks vapor rub...
I have horrible allergies and asked my doc what I could take early on. He told me I could take Sudafed, Benadryl, and Claritin. Call your doc and ask what he suggests.

Unfortunately, almost nothing. Try some saline nasal spray to clear out your sinuses, Vicks vapor rub for congestion, humidifier in your room at night, and Tylenol for any aches and pains. Lots of fluids.
