Nightmare on elm street. Scares me but it is the only film that does.

But when you are 6/7 years old and your older sisters tie you to a chair and force your eyes open it is very scary.

Since then my threshold for fear is much higher and nothing scares me now. So I guess they did me a favour!

It is really strange that whenever some question of this type is asked on the net people state movies with death scenes, saw and whatever.
Let me make it clear...a death scene or a human organ flying in the air is NOT SCARY. It looks gross and dirty. The word SCARY means a chill should run in your spine and that feeling should last for a day at least.
Anyway, watch JEEPERS CREEPERS - 2 and you will be so scared that you not even get out in the open during the day...I BET! You will never forget BETANGU.

Other few scary movies, when I was kid…

THE DEMONS
THE NEON MANIACS (Remember sexy ROXY from BASIC INSTINCT? SHARON STONE’S female lover? She was the lead role in this film….)

CHOW.

Well, when I was a kid Star Wars was very scary for me... LOL

Seriously though, the only movie that has been even remotely scary for me in a long time was The Blair Witch Project. The first one, not the second one, because the second one was just silly.

Easy! Hitchcock's "Dail 'M' for Murder." Guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat--and because the suspense is genuine, not because of certain gimmicks, off costumes or bizarre, unbelievable twists in plot.

Plus, the cinematography is beautiful.

Just the sort of film I'd watch with friends on a weekend. . ., a sophisticated but oh-so-obvioous choice for your viewing pleasure. And certain to make contemporary thrillers a thing of your past!
