I cannot open website with one provider but other provider i can open it, what happen ?what solution for that?

I try open website with xxxxx provider, but not open it,even i open with yyyyy provider i can open that website.
Help me for solution,please...

Check that your cache is not enabled.
In IE go to Tools->Internet Options-> Connections -> Lan Settings and make sure nothing is ticked there
