My boyfriend has a son who lives with him and he invites girls to spend the nite. I think it is rude and inconsiderate. If your old enough to screw, you should do it in your own home or apartment.

My mother was in a nursing home and my father was in his own home trying to keep it together. I never had a man at my house or my parents house in my life. I respected them and their beliefs, and my childrens home too.

I see where you're coming from. First off, the adult is exactly that - an adult. If your boyfriend has you over while his 28 yr old has a lady guest then that is up to him. You are probably coming from the respect side of things. Is the father happy for his son to have lady guests or is the 28 yr old just ignoring his wishes??
If neither the father nor the son have a problem why do you?? I assume you haven't been with your boyfriend from the start of the 28yr old's life. This may be working for them. Leave it be.
Could it be that maybe you are feeling insecure about all the younger ladies passing through the house???
Honestly, what were you doing at 28?? You must have ventured into some body's parents house to do the deed even if you were only visiting. - Was that wrong? Let me guess..... You never did it or That was different!!
Don't say anything........It's none of your business really.....You're a blow in to the family mind your P's & Q's for your own sake. Remember.... Blood is thicker than water..
Just saw what you added.... That's where your problem is. It has nothing to do with the father's parenting technique at all. You're worried about your daughter but you won't say any thing because you know it will be the end of your relationship with your boyfriend!!!!
You'll have to do something, your call, but if you ask me (which you kinds did) just sit back and watch. Your daughter isn't a fool i assume? They will probably do whatever it is they want regardless of your actions. You're not married to your boyfreind so may be they don't care. If your relationship to your boyfriend is serious then have a civilised chat with your daughter & explain the situation. Leave the 28 out of it - He's not your concern right now. Be careful how you go about things. Do not say the 28 year old is no good for her - that would be extremely bad for you...
Trust your daughter a little....The 28 year old is having fun...in his house with his dad....(Leave it alone)..... Your daughter is 18 & coming to stage of feeling real first love or lust or crush. Don't destroy her either. Tread carefully.

Oh God, I'm 20 and I will NEVER move home. i was outta there as soon as I finished high school (a few months after my 18th) and I've never taken a cent from my parents since. I have a friend, she's 22. She still lives at home. Her 20 y.o brother still lives at home. Her grandparents live with them. Both her parents are there. They have 3 dogs, 6 cats, ferrets, mice, guinea pigs, a snake, a lizard, and likely more by now, NONE of which have cages and are allowed to run wildly. In an 800sq ft. 3 bdrm house. Yup, 6 adults and a couple dozen pets in a tiny 3 bedroom house. Her and her mom sleep on the couch together because her parents won't sleep together. (Not even a pull out couch... Just a normal couch).. .But yet, she REFUSES to get a job. She's had one job, ever. She worked at subway for a couple months because she found out if she worked there she got free subs. She doesn't drive. She lost her job at THAT subway, and wanted it back desperately, but she couldn't get it, so she got a job at another one 2 towns over (a 30 min drive away)... and SHE doesn't drive so her dad drives her every day. Not even worth the gas money, she does it for the free subs. Any money she makes she spends on weed. TALK ABOUT A FREEELOADER!!!!!

How old is this son and how old are the girls. It is very inconsiderate to the family and for the girl. Seems these days they don't care about anything but doing it. Then she gets pregnant and her folks blame boyfriend for letting them be at his house. Can't win for losing?
Then there is a question of do you go stay at his house and do the same thing? Kids will come back at you on that one.!
Hope all works out for all of you

I agree. It seems to me he is old enough to have his own place regardless of whether he is having sex or not. Maybe if he was not allowed to have overnight guests this would be incentive for him to be a grown up and live on his own. As long as his dad lets him live at home and have a free ride, why would he ever leave?

depends on how old he is, if he and his girlfriend isin the age of consent then why not?, it's better being home than being in a cheap motel . He may be old enough to screw but he's still your bf's responsibility if hes younger than 18.

Yes, I agree with you totally. If he had a steady girlfriend is one thing but bringing different girls over is surely a NO NO!! What's your house like? A motel?
