Click on the printer icon in the lower right corner of your taskbar to open the active printer, right click on the print job you want to cancel and select cancel. Depending on the size of the print job, it might take a while before it registers.

Yeah,

Print jobs can be cancelled clicking on the printer icon on your taskbar (which is on the lowermost left corner of your screen).

Double click on that icon... delete the jobs you want to..

If the icon isnt there on your taskbar for various reasons.. choose the printer from either startmenu- location where the program is stored or go to control panel and operate it from there...

REcent printers have buttons to close jobs, start jobs from the printer itself without operating it from the computer.. since you havnt specified the model number.. m just specifying all the options for you...

Quickly: turn printer off, wait a few seconds, then you can turn it back on again.

Slowly (on my PC anyway) - Start Menu - Control Panel - Printers - Click on Yours - Printing - Cancel

The has a couple of buttons the button that you use to print a self test, press one of them and hold it down, when all of the lights flashes then the job has been cancelled. if you release it too soon it will print a self test

if i accidentally pressed 'ok' and it started printing, i usually pull out the stack of paper from the feed tray. i will wait for the prompt "tray is empty" - then i will press the power button for 7 secs. all queued documents for printing will be cancelled
