Does anyone here own polecats?? i have 2 called Bandit and Mischief. they are lovely and their fav thing is ice cubes , god knows why. they come onto the couch and give you cuddles etc. does anyones have any good tricks i could try with mine?? thy are about 2 months old, and they are due to be done. what can i expect from this ?? .

Dad had one as a pet when I was little, Definitely have to get them fixed and de-scented, otherwise gonna regret it. Shouldn't have too much of a problem with them getting fixed, just have to watch the incision site for redness, swelling, etc., same as you would any other animal. Remember Dad carrying Fufu, don't ask never figured it out, around on the top of his head, plus she loved to take baths and showers. Do know the earlier you get them used to water, the easier it is to get them to take baths later.

Shove em down a hole and flush out some rabbits. this is what polecats are best at.

Are they wild polecats or are they polecat coloured ferrets?
