I mean seriously....
If someone's asking about something stupid on here, why bring God into it?
WHY DON'T PEOPLE HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOUR?
I just don't get it.
I'm religious but do i bring God or my beliefs into my answers on here or into normal everyday conversations?
This infuriates me.

Ok, here is my opinion (as warped as it may seem).
There are people that hand their life over to God and truly feel that if he created them, he will think for them. I personally think that is a bunch of hooey. I think God is sitting up there in his easy chair saying, "Ok......I've given you what you need......Now what are you going to do with it? And don't f**k it up. Or I'll go Armeggedon on your @ss." Ok so maybe he doesn't use those terms precisely.
But when people are at a loss for what to say.......what to do......they turn to God and wait for him to think for them. I think faith is great. Faith is something that can keep us going. But faith should not drive all thought processes. It should be something we keep inside us. That drives us inwardly.......and we reflect that faith in all we do.
Ok I'm sure I will get hate mail. But this isn't me downgrading anyone's faith in God. It's me saying we should take what has been given to us and USE it.......not stand idle and wait to shown what to do. We have the tools.....now use them.

I'm God's girl too, but I don't answer with God unless somebody asks. Actually, I used to frequent the Religion & Spirituality category, but believe it or not there are a lot more hostile people there than there are here.
I also believe that God has the best sense of humor of all - duckbilled platypus and such ;)

Why bring God into everything? Because God is everything! Maybe thats why. I really dont know. I have a sense of humor. Cant speak for others.

I never bring religion on to this site.. It causes too many problems... I won't say wether I believe or not but I have nothing against them that do... lol... Perhaps its just the way they are.. I do know what you mean... There is a religious category after all.

to seem morally superior to everyone else.
or at least that is what i find that some theists do.
as for the first posters answer...the only place "god" is, is in your own head.
just because one person believes it doesn't make someone that doesn't any less wrong, or any less worthy of an opinion.
i hate ppl and their morally religious high horses.(half the "religious" ppl I've encountered were highly immoral)

I hate even labelling myself religious or not, so I refrain from doing so...
The rest of them have a tumour in their humour, and that's for sure!
