Your question is a little vague, but my guess as to what you are asking would be no. We do not know how to "generate" gravitons or gravity. We can add energy to an object and thus give it more of a gravitational pull, but other than that, we're stuck.

I read an article that claimed by high speed rotation of a superconductor,
a gravi-magnetic wave was created with 3000 time more gravitational force than predicted. can't seem to locate the article now. It was in the last month....

we cant create gravity but gravitation exists between all pairs of bodies in the universe.
gravity is the specific term given to the gravitational pull of the earth

No ji we can't create g force as far as I know. Its beyond human limits. But some day we may be.
