Two immediately come to mind:
1) Whitney Houston's "I Wanna dance"
2) Barry Gibb's "Boys Do Fall in Love"

Both are older, I know, but I was just diagnosed with Youthful Parkinson's in the advanced stages. These songs remind me of what I still want in my life, what I need to keep myself focused and moving forward. Nothing wrong with keeping a positive attitude in the face of an almost certain downhill battle. ONWARD and DANCing into the night. :)

Lately, it's anything by 2 Live Crew. Overall, I'd say 'I'd have to be Crazy' by Willie Nelson.
