Perfect in terms of looks or perfect in terms of personality? Its rare anyone has both qualities but theres someone on here called teazer33 and believe me, anyone who says nobody's perfect hasn't met this woman!

First, let's look at examples of perfection: An Apple
A perfect apple tastes like an apple - it doesn't have to do anything SUPERnatural, but just be itself - no contradictions.
There are examples of perfect human beings - physically. If your body does what it is meant to do, it's perfect.
It's beyond the physical side of things where people have problems. If someone is able to have good thoughts, speak honestly, and do what he says he'll do, that is without contradiction. That is perfect.
Selfishness influences our thoughts
Our words are spiteful at times and hurt others
We say one thing, but do another*. Our new years resolutions last about 2 days.
You want to be perfect? That gives you a few ideas to work on
(PS. According to Jesus# perfection is possible. He talks of doing more than is expected of you instead of getting resentful in that part of the Sermon on the Mount)

I doubt if anyone can be a PERFECT person! But we can try to be close to that :-) Look around, pick up the good characters/values of others that you would like to have. Emulate them, have these values in you. Sooner or later, you'll be there; well almost there :-)

There is no such thing as a 'Perfect' person, everyone has their faults, foibles, hang ups thank goodness, can you imagine a world with people who have none of those, impossible.

The one who goes the nearest to have the characteristics of our Holy Prophet Muhammad( Peace be upon him).
He is the perfect one..
Even the non muslim authour of the book whose name is like.... 101 best personalities, voted Muhammad(PBUH) as the best of them all.....
