is there a treatment for this? I've used numerous moisterizing creams but they don't seem to fade

those are probably blemishes with the time they will disepire,or see dermatologist

Dermabrasion, chemical peels, will work. You could try a product called Strixaderm (they sell it at Vitamin World) that was made to get rid of stretch marks, but it works great on skin discoloration and scars. I've used it for a while and it works. It is about $49. (a lot less than some places).

those are scars usually they fade away on their own but if not then there is a treatment for it, my dermatologist once gave me a night cream and a face wash that really helped, you do need a prescription for it i just don't remember the name. but that doesn't matter you should go to a dermatologist so he can prescribe you the right treatment for your skin.

try peeling and whiting creams Retin A to peel o the surface a bit its the only way to get rid of it faster
