I'm assuming your going for a job interview. I would like to be able to tell you to be honest but I lost 3 jobs to the same woman who lied her way in, than she turned down all 3 job offers
I suggest you remain positive, sincere, and lie if need be in order to get the job. Make sure you ask what hours they expect, health plans, and chance of upward movement. As well as what ways do thet have in order to increase your salary- not just by working more hours.

Tell me about yourself. Tell me what do you know about the job (role/responsibilities). (From previous job experience) What was the toughest situation you had to handle? What are your strengths, and weaknesses? Why should I give you the job?
Good luck ;-)
