Petco Park is located at 100 Park Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92101. It is located about 5 miles from the airport. I don't know if any of the car rental companies have Lexus vehicles in their rental fleet.
The first link below is a map from the airport to the ballpark. The second link gives you the various of parking for the game.
I"m told that Padre fans like home-made chocolate chip cookies.
