i have been fasting all day and i didnot even have "sehri".that means late dinner.today is the ninth day of fasting and i dont want to break it but i feel horrible. what shall i do? shall i be punished?can any muslim help me ?

I'm muslim I'm in fasting now too, if u feel bad u have to break ur fasting, god says don't hurt ur body, and if u want to continue u have to eat SAHARI...

Im here dear ..
and Im fasting too .. as u know fastinf is not just about not having food and water ,, it about self control ..
so u must not break it ..
take a rest .. sleep for a while .. and think of somthing els that fasting ..
tell me what u will do plz.

So does that mean if you don't eat (and die of starvation) you believe you will go to heaven and if you do, you'll go to hell when you die?? I am not a muslim, but am a very good person, I eat, I sleep, I cry, I laugh, and I do everything any normal person would do to survive in our crazy mixed up world, and don't feel guilty for it....you shouldn't either!

i am not a muslim but i can tellyou that if you pray and start thinking at LOVE (GOD IS LOVE) you'll forget about feeling bad, drink a glass of water and pray, i'm sure God will help you! be blessed!

no! you will not be punished because you are not eating for fun but to nourish yourself and not getting sick. I don't think that your god will punish you because you want to keep yourself alive.
